Yes Beadheads, I was accepted into Charlevoix!  So thrilled and already worring about the weather.  They have completely rebuilt the waterfront this year.  Last year it was held on a black parking lot so this yr will be tons better to be back on the water. Hope you all have a productive day!  BK~

So sorry I’ve been away so long.  First I’ve had lots of gardening to do, then I ran out of ivory glass.  Just got a glass order yesterday, so today I’m ready to tackle the ivory and Terra beads again.  Some of the glass is for my classes which will be starting in just a few weeks.  I took the concentrators to the studio and will start hooking everything up this weekend.  I will also hear from Charlevoix today and am keeping my fingers crossed that I have been accepted to the show which is in August.  I will be posting pcitures of the new studio soon so if you are interested in taking a lampworking class please give me a call at 734-428-8513.  Classes are $130 for 2 -3hr classes and I think I’ll throw in some free torch time for the first people who call to sign up.  Take care all, BK~

Hi Beadheads, Sunday morning and all is well.  Yesterday I got a whole lot of housework done.  With last weeks 10 hr days at Fedex over and done with I’m feeling pretty energetic!  The sun is out and the birds are singing.  Don’t you just love spring?  I don’t have alot of fast breaking news stories so just this short hello and I hope you all enjoy your day!  BK~

Probably the prettiest focal bead I’ve made in 11 years.  Hi all I hope you are all looking forward to the weekend!  It is suppose to be beautiful!  I am currently working on trying to get into the “Country Living” show in Columbus OH in September!  What a lovely show with such a wonderful assortment of antiques, outsider art and craft.  I will definatly keep you posted on that one!  Have not heard from the Ann Arbor show yet weather or not I am in…still waiting.  I will be doing a small show at the Sharon Valley Winery on April 12 from 1p-3p.  That is such a pretty site at the Mill right by the Rasin River.   Thanks for checkin’ in, Lata….BK~
