Greetings from foggy Manchester. The weather sure is doing it’s thing. Now today it is 50 mph winds instead of the 60 degree weather yesterday. That’s why you gotta love the mi weather, if you don’t like it, it’ll change. Sorry about the weird format of the pics on this site lately. I think the pics were way too many pixels. I hope everyone can relax now that Christmas is over. I have had my fill of menu planning and shopping and cooking, although I just may put together one more jello salad. Who new Joy of Cooking would have 3 pages on “about gelatin”. Gotta fly. BK~
